Responsibilities
- Perform sample preparation processing analysis using established analytical methods including gas chromatography liquid chromatography ion chromatography
- Operate maintain troubleshoot analytical instrumentation ensure reliable accurate performance follow documented procedures QA/QC protocols safety requirements generate high-quality defensible data accurately record experimental data prepare concise summaries technical documentation support multiple analytical research programs concurrently maintain strong organization attention detail collaborate scientists project leaders technical staff meet project objectives timelines assist laboratory readiness inventory management instrument upkeep preparation specialized studies field support participate quality assurance quality control activities ensure data validity support laboratory safety initiatives contribute chemical hygiene safety plans provide technical guidance informal mentoring laboratory staff appropriate
