    Position Summary:

    The Product Engineering Support Supervisor supervises the Product Engineering Support process and the department team.

    Responsibilities:
    • Supervises the Product Engineering Support staff, organizing workload and defining processes
    • Coordinates, monitors, and expedites the flow of documents within the department or between staff and customers
    • Compiles and maintains engineering change orders and related files
    • Releases blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to operations and other departments
    • Manages the day-to-day operations of the office
    • Organizes and maintains files and records
    • Plans and schedules meetings and appointments
    • Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Employees are responsible?to comply?with all requirements of?Daifukus?QMS policies and procedures.
    • Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Product Engineering department or related experience
    • Supervisory skills
    • Ability to deal with conflicts and employee issues in a professional manner
    • Knowledge of Product Engineering department processes
    • Computer skills including MS Office
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Project management skills
    • Experience managing multiple deadlines
    • Team-oriented
