    To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we're looking to add an IT Desktop Support Intern located in our San Jose, CA site.

    Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Desktop Support Intern will be responsible for installations and addressing hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, telephones, and peripherals. They will also be upgrading and deploying devices as needed by the business.

    What a typical day looks like:

    • Provides support of end-user software applications and operating systems and assist users with hardware problems related to desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, telephones, and peripherals
    • Performs computer and phone moves, additions, and changes as they are submitted by Managers
    • Images new devices for new users and install requested/required software and becomes familiar with navigating proprietary corporate systems and software
    • Assists with the installation, upgrades, maintenance and inventory of company devices and equipment
    • Attends team meetings and assists with project work as needed

    Student qualities we're seeking for this internship assignment:

    • Junior/Senior undergrad pursuing a degree in IT or related major
    • Knowledge of MS Windows/Office 365
    • Interest in working in corporate environment
    • Customer service experience
    • Effective communication skills
    • Previous internship experience in an IT support role, a plus

    Internship Program Requirements:

    • Available to work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
    • Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
    • 3.0 minimum GPA
    Pay Range (Applicable to California)$18.20 USD - $25.02 USD Hourly Job Category Intern
