EBCAP is offering a two-step sign-on bonus totaling $2500 for external applicants.

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a (40 hours) /full-year Family Advocate for our Head Start Program in East Providence, RI.

EBCAP believes all families share the same aspirations for their children and will work collaboratively with the Head Start team to contribute to their childrens learning and developing experience.

The Family Advocate will provide education and case management services to Head Start families at the familys home and center.

Successful candidates will utilize a strength-focused philosophy and approach to building self-reliance through the Family Partnership Agreement. the ideal candidate will adhere to Head Start Performance Standards, agency goals, as well as personnel policies.

Bachelor's Degree preferred. The ideal candidate must know community resources and enjoy working with children and families. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, however, it is not required.
