    The Role:
    Entegris is seeking a Manager with a strong technical background to lead our Global Cybersecurity Vulnerability Management program.

    This position is part of the Entegris Cybersecurity team and will be responsible for leading the Global Vulnerability Management program to aggressively drive the reduction of risks and vulnerabilities.

    You will work with Infrastructure, Applications, Cloud, and manufacturing teams to actively discover vulnerabilities, improve visibility, identify key risks, prioritize, and drive the remediation.

    You will build/execute the roadmap of this program, manage the tools and technology in this area, and build strong processes and procedures to improve the overall Security Posture of the organization.

    This opportunity can be located onsite in either Chaska, MN, Billerica, MA or Aurora, IL, and will work a hybrid schedule.


    What you'll do:


    Spearhead the Vulnerability Management program across our Information Technology and Operation Technology environments, partnering with Infrastructure, applications, and manufacturing teams across the Globe.

    Build and execute the roadmap for the program, develop metrics to measure the program, and aggressively drive the reduction of risks and vulnerabilitiesEnforce continuous discovery, vulnerability assessment, and remediation status of enterprise-wide assets.

    Oversee deployment of the Scanning infrastructure, and improve visibility across on-prem, cloud infrastructure, and web applicationsDevelop a strategy to identify, and prioritize a repeatable process to remediate, vulnerabilities in the enterpriseCollaborate with business owners, IT, OT, Cloud, Applications, and Cybersecurity teams to identify, track, and remediate vulnerabilities.

    Assess emerging threats for applicability and work with cross-functional teams to implement countermeasures and reduce the attack surfaceCommunicate the state of vulnerability management to stakeholders, developers, IT, and business leaders.


    Assist with Cybersecurity Incident ResponseWhat we seek:
    A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, MIS, or related8-10+ years of Professional experience in Cybersecurity Operations/Vulnerability Management/Governance, Risk and ComplianceTenable OT Security platform experience a plusGood understanding of Operating systems, ITIL framework, Manufacturing technologies, web applications, cloud infrastructure and emerging threats/exploitsAbility to articulate the risk to IT and business stakeholdersGood communication skills and inclination to partner with stakeholders to meet the common goalsYour success will be measured by:People and Teamwork - Building trust and partnerships internally; Drives partnerships across our global organization;Accountability and Integrity - Doing what we say will do, meeting commitmentsCreativity and Innovation - The ability to think outside the boxDedication to Excellence - Working with urgency to meet and exceed goals - 'do it now, do it right'
