As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an Experienced Multi-Unit Residential New Construction HVAC Technician to join our team. The duration of this project is expected to last approximately 12 months.

    Schedule: Day Shift 7AM - 4PM Monday - Friday

    Location: Altamonte Springs, Florida

    Kalos Services is looking for a skilled multi-unit HVAC Technician with expertise in multi-unit residential new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, specifically in the context of new construction settings.

    As part of our team, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and servicing HVAC systems in multi-unit residential buildings to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. HVAC multi-family installation projects in commercial and residential settings at Centerpoint located in Altamonte Springs

    Requirements:

    . Your responsibilities include but not limited too:

    • Install HVAC systems in multi-unit residential new construction projects according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
    • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems into overall construction plans.
    • Perform quality inspections and testing of HVAC installations to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing of HVAC equipment to optimize performance and prolong lifespan.
    • Diagnose malfunctions in HVAC systems and implement effective repair solutions in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes related to HVAC systems and new construction practices.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in HVAC installation preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in new construction commercial HVAC installation, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
    • Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues effectively.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to go to and from the job site located in Altamonte Springs, FL
