Description

Job Title: RPA Developer

Location: St. Petersburg, FL days in a week onsite - Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify opportunities for automation using RPA technologies.
Development: Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions utilizing industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Write efficient and scalable automation scripts and workflows to streamline manual tasks.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements. Perform debugging and troubleshooting as needed to address any issues or errors.
Deployment and Integration: Deploy RPA solutions into production environments and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications. Provide technical support and assistance during the implementation phase.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, process flow diagrams, and user guides for deployed RPA solutions. Maintain up-to-date documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through automation. Stay abreast of emerging RPA trends, tools, and best practices to enhance existing solutions and drive innovation within the organization.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and IT support to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality RPA solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an RPA Developer with a minimum of [X years] of hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
Proficiency in one or more RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Certification in RPA technologies is a plus.
Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, Python, or VBScript.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
