    Description

    MUST HAVE:

    • 2+ years of recent manufacturing sales support (Corporate) or manufacturing customer service (Corporate)
    • Product Knowledge
    • ERP software knowledge (i.e. Oracle, AS 400, SAGE, etc...)
    • Order Entry

    Work Environment

    • Monday - Friday
    • 8am-5pm in office
    • 26.44/hr (WEEKLY PAY)

    Description:

    - The volume of orders: ranges from 50-75 larger orders with multiple line items

    Responsible for managing customer accounts with objectives to increase customer satisfaction, gross margin, and sales.

    Handles customer requests including quotes, orders, follow-up, and delivery information.

    Solves various customer matters, issues credits, debits, and authorizes return goods.

    Communicates customer requirements to Operations & Engineering.

    Monitors price inventory agreements.

    Supports members of the outside sales team.

    Works well in a team environment to solve customer issues.

    Communicates issues and problems with management in a timely manner.

    Maintains superb attention to detail.

    Maintains detailed documentation to support decisions and ensure continuity of service.
