- Greets and seats guest in a promptly manner
- Monitors guest's needs and responds to them in a cordial manner.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas as well as maintaining proper supplies for work station and restaurant.
- Answer telephone lines in a courteous and prompt manner.
- Accommodate all requests for information courteously.
- Maintain complete knowledge of company's policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 6 months of experience preferred
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Health Card
- Alcohol Awareness Card
- Regularly walk, stand or stoop, bend and work indoors.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Hearing, vision, speech and literacy (critical)
- Regularly work with hot and cold temperatures
