Job summary
Campus Apartments is seeking a Capital Projects Coordinator to manage capital projects and teach and manage site team managers. Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables. Manage project timelines and budgets ensuring adherence to project scope specifications. Review RFIs submittals to ensure completeness accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors suppliers ensure timely delivery materials equipment. Prepare maintain project documentation contracts change orders progress reports . Conduct regular site visits monitor progress identify potential issues .Manage risks develop contingency plans as needed Ensure compliance all safety regulations company policies Strong knowledge areas including RFIs Submittals Vendor Coordination Water Wastewater other related areas Excellent organizational time management skills Strong communication interpersonal skills Ability work independently part team Proficient Microsoft Office project management software Bachelor degree engineering field preferred but not required , < / li>
