    Clinical Supply Chain, Supply Planner - Contract - Onsite

    Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain, Supply Planner to join a leading pharmaceutical company. This is a contract role located in Cambridge, MA.

    Primary Responsibilities

    This role involves coordinating packaging, labeling, shipment, and drug return logistical activities. The successful candidate will interact with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives, utilizing systems such as Interactive Response Technology (IRT) and forecasting. The role also involves managing Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) distribution and returns drug plans while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Monitoring inventory levels and providing feedback to program leads is also a key part of this role.

    Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Smartsheets and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
  • Understanding of end-to-end clinical supply chain activities
  • Experience with supply/demand forecasting systems (e.g., NSIDE, Bioclinica, 4G, Oracle) and IRT systems
  • Strong understanding of GxP principles
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to external environment influences
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage complex challengesThe Clinical Supply Chain, Supply Planner will:
  • Support manager with program objectives, including protocol budgeting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize systems like IRT and forecast/planning platforms
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with Clinical Operations, Global Planning, and vendors to ensure comprehensive planning
  • Monitor inventory levels and provide feedback to program leads
