    What will you be doing?
    • Identify opportunities and build justifiable business cases with clear measurable baselines and outcomes tied to HPA's growth strategies and OKR's.
    • Build project teams, then lead each team through the Improvement Journey, supporting the teams by engaging and building support from HPA's senior leaders and mentoring your team in best practices in Project Management and Continuous Improvement.
    • Collaborate with Data Science, FP&A, and Technology teams to create ad-hoc reports or analyses to support strategic decision making. Develop and deploy consistent operations reporting that measures and controls processes that deliver our key Objectives.
    • Develop communication and training plans that ensure the deployed improvements are sustainable by the Operations teams in the reality of day-to-day operations.
    • Help build and contribute to the overall "One Team" culture of Home Partners with an optimistic, inclusive, energizing style of leadership.
