**Job Summary**
Training and coaching employees. Assisting Supervisors with task delegation, food and health safety compliance, and developing employees.
**Responsibilities**
Assists supervisor with oversight of assigned staff and monitoring of work
Trains assigned employees according to established policies and procedures
Ensures all employees are aware and trained in brand or unit standards
Assists the location supervisor to include opening and closing procedures
Assists with maintaining appropriate inventory and orders supplies as needed that comply with brand standards, health code and regulations
Handles cash and credit/debit card transactions and completes cashier worksheets
Responsible for oversight of position and break rotations
Ensures compliance with all food and health related safety codes and regulations
Ensures cleanliness of building, location and/or unit
**Required Qualifications**
**Educational Requirements**
High school diploma or equivalent
**Required Experience**
One (1) year of related service experience
**Preferred Qualifications**

Previous leadership experience
ServSafe certified
