• Supervises and oversees the planning, organizing, and directing of patient care services
• Ensures consistent delivery of high-value quality care to all patient populations served
• Establishes patient assignments, staff scheduling, and patient visit volume distributions
• Assists in meeting financial targets by effectively managing utilization, productivity, personnel, and supplies

Supports and educates staff in resolving operational issues/problems

Assists in developing and implementing changes in policies, practices, and standardized procedures based upon input from staff and administration

Job involves collaborating with others to coordinate services, streamline work flows, drive positive outcomes

• Computer skills, including competency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn and efficiently use electronic medical records systems
• Requires the ability to be a consistent mentor to staff
• Must have current knowledge of regulatory and clinical standards
• Must have clinical knowledge and critical thinking ability
• Must effectively plan, organize staff and resources
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills
• Must establish and maintain positive working relationships
• Flexibility and independence required
• Self-starter with a high degree of initiative
