We are looking for an Escrow Officer with HIGH volume experience:

Your specific duties will include:

• Takes terms and information needed to process escrow
• Signs-up customers explaining our instructions and documents
• Audits and closes file when all funds and documents are received
• Estimates the amount of money required to close escrow and obtains buyers' and sellers' deposits
• Review's commitment and/or preliminary title report to verify vesting and legal description
• Reconciles discrepancies between instructions and title report
• Directs and may participate in the preparation of settlement sheets

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• High School diploma or equivalent skills
• One-year responsible Escrow Officer Experience (or two years general escrow experience)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Capable of processing standard sale, subdivision, loan only, exchange, and commercial escrows without assistance

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
