- 1-on-1 care for 60 minute visits
- Low volume, out-of-network clinic
- Highly motivated, athletic patient population
- Work with clients in a hybrid rehab and performance setting
- Part time role with potential to grow
- Current state licensure
- CPR/AED certified
- Speciality in lower extremity rehab is preferred, with ACL rehab being a large portion of our patient care.
- Strong understanding of return to sport metrics and strength and conditioning concepts
- Comfort and willingness to grow in a out-of-network model
- Evening and/or weekend hours required
- Provide Physical Therapy treatments to a large array of patients ranging from middle school to collegiate level athletes and active adults
- Develop strength and conditioning programs to supplement rehab plans of care
- Engage in ethical return to sport decision-making, while understanding the psychology of significant injury
- Develop relationships and self-promote within the local community and populations you are passionate about
- 2,500 square feet private facility located in Framingham, MA with ample turf and floor space to allow our athletes to lift, jump, and change direction
- We are equipped with multiple squat racks, functional trainers, dumbbells, and selectorized machines including leg press and knee extension machine. We also offer various forms of cardio equipment to allow our athletes to work on their cardiovascular and anaerobic energy system capacities
- We have invested in a number of pieces of equipment to aid in the return to sport process including, push and pull dynamometers, jump mats, and the Keiser Power Rack. We also utilize other technologies frequently, including MadUp Pro Blood Flow Restriction, Blazepod neurocognitive training, Senaptec stroboscopic glasses, Vertimax raptor elastic resistance training and more.

We are looking for a new Sports Physical Therapist
New England Return to Sport Center's mission is to provide premier out-of-network sports physical therapy and injury prevention services to athletes around the state of Massachusetts. We wish to create a welcoming, inclusive, team-like environment for all athletes where they feel comfortable and empowered to take ownership over their own recovery and health.
A large majority of our patient demographic is middle school, high school, and collegiate level athletes. Our clinic specializes in ACL prevention and rehabilitation, which encompasses a large number of our patients. We also treat active adults and weekend warriors.
