Job Summary
The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the care and upkeep of the interior and exterior of the community grounds following guidelines,- Maintain clean equipment property as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Clean floors walls bathrooms stairways elevators removing dirt dust grease film using proper cleaning disinfecting solutions- Use safety protective equipment supplies when performing duties reporting health safety sanitation concerns supervisor monitor overall security community including entry exit doors ensure maintenance storage areas equipped properly sealed labeled stored follow established techniques procedures policies storing mixing chemicals disinfectants waste follow PPE policies handling chemicals cleaning wear gloves masks aprons troubleshoot identifying problems obtaining materials repair minor plumbing electrical difficulties wall switches lighting cover plates receptacles loose wiring resident call systems devices laundry kitchen equipment plan order perform interior exterior painting landscaping ensuring grounds well kept clean attractive maintain repair pools spas compliance governing regulations Apartment preparation vacant rooms replacing window treatments painting caulking shampoo carpets other electrical plumbing carpentry needed perform duties consistent position assigned Director Environmental Services Executive Director
