    The Bungalows at Branson Meadows is seeking Resident Care Associates to join their team.

    Shift Details:

    • Days/Evenings

    The Resident Care Associate reports to the Family Experience Director, Pearl Director, or Assistant Family Experience Director.

    PURPOSE:

    Resident Care Associate | CNA

    The Resident Care Associate ensures top-quality care and services to residents and families in assisted living and Memory care neighborhoods, following individual Personalized Service Plans (PSP). They create a safe, supportive environment while upholding wellness standards and regulations.

    PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    RESIDENT CARE

    • Participate in developing and updating Personalized Service Plans
    • Follow hydration schedules
    • Ensure resident meal attendance and room service
    • Respect resident rights
    • Assist with activities
    • Check residents' conditions and rooms
    • Maintain cleanliness and safety
    • Complete ADLs for residents
    • Respond promptly to calls and security alerts

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE-CERTIFICATION:

    • High School education (preferred)
    • Previous experience with elders or disabled individuals (preferred)
    • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
    • Knowledge in Assisted Living and Dementia care is a plus
    • Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
