- Knowledge of the scope of practice for all nursing disciplines described by the Nurse Practice Act.
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively organize and prioritize work and utilize available resources to assist with efficient patient flow and promote positive patient outcomes.
- Performs radiographic imaging
- Performs phlebotomy and CLIA waved lab testing
- Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
- Maintains professional appearance and adheres to company dress code policy.
- Maintains appropriate stock of supplies and medications as well as perform monthly audits to remove expired inventory from use.
- Performs in depth medical history on patient and documents appropriately.
- Assesses and appropriately documents all clinical measures related to UDS and ACO.
- Assist with patient education based on patient needs and standards of nursing care and documents in medical record.
- Follows all established Infection Control guidelines and OSHA standards.
- Utilizes the health centers Performance Improvement processes in identifying the needs related to patient care and customer service.
- Effectively performs nursing care in emergency situations. Maintains current BLS.
- Maintains current licensure and completes all annual education in a timely manner (Relias, vaccine training, etc.). Participates in all required training events.
- Demonstrates flexibility in work roles and schedules to meet the changing needs of the health center. Must be able to float to all clinical sites within ECO to provide adequate staff coverage.
- Actively pursues continuing education to improve job skills and performance. Must have ability to identify own areas of weakness and formulate goals to enhance knowledge.
- LPN currently licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma.
- Current BLS or ability to obtain within the first 3 months of hire.
- Preferred experience in ambulatory care.
- Possess strong clinical skills and competency in nursing care.
- Must be exact in work,
- Must be able to spot conditions or circumstances which might lead to mistakes.
- Must have good eye-hand coordination;
- Must have manual dexterity;
- Must be ambidextrous to a certain extent.
