    Salary Range: $ Based on Experience

    Experience: 2+ years serving as a Project Manager on commercial construction sites (K-12 and/or mixed commercial project experience)

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Ultimate responsibility of construction
    • Expert knowledge of assigned plans and specs
    • Participate in assigned project's pre-construction phase, advising on all constructability issues
    • Host mandatory preconstruction meetings with every sub prior to the start date
    • Monitor project's quality control
    • Understand, implement & uphold procedures and processes
    • Maintain and update Project Schedule
    • Prepare updated schedule to present at every sub meeting
    • Create and develop short term construction schedule
    • Properly document project and Sub-Contractor performance
    • Monitor and ensure delivery of project materials
    • Maintain a clean/presentable construction trailer and job-site
    • Follow and enforce all safety guidelines to ensure a safe jobsite
    • Key Relationship-holder with District & Architect
    • Other duties as assigned
