    Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician

    We are currently interviewing those with a year or more of residential maintenance experience to service Greensboro and surrounding areas.

    Full House Marketing offers:

    • Flexible Scheduling through the convenience of an App
    • Weekly Pay
    • Temporary/Temp-Hire/Direct Hire Opportunities

    We seek experienced technicians to repair and maintain residential buildings. Duties include:

    • Inspect, diagnose and minor HVAC repairs
    • Minor drywall repairs and painting
    • Troubleshoot and repair dishwashers, garbage disposals and other plumbing fixtures
    • Some electrical work (light fixtures and more)
    • Pool maintenance
    • Prepare homes for new residents
    • "Can Do" attitude and excellent customer service

    Qualified maintenance technicians will have:

    • CFC or equal certifications required
    • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, and general carpentry skills a plus
    • Minimum one year of previous experience in Apartment/Single Family Residential Maintenance
    • Reliable transportation
    • Smart Phone
    • Basic hand tools
    • Valid driver's license

    Compensation is based upon skill level and qualifications.
