    Description

    Job Title: Campus Custodian at ASC Essington

    Company: Join our team at ASC Essington as a Campus Custodian and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and order of our facilities.

    Job Description:

    • Ability to follow directions of the Campus Director and management staff.
    • Follow safety standards and training guidelines.
    • Maintain doors, entrances, building, furniture, equipment, and school property cleanliness.
    • Operate equipment such as floor buffers, mops, and vacuums effectively.
    • Dispose of trash and keep trash receptacles empty.
    • Submit cleaning items and supplies list promptly.
    • Perform minor repairs and assemble equipment.
    • Report repairs and safety concerns to Management.
    • Care for custodial equipment properly.
    • Independently arrange and move objects up to 50 lbs.
    • Perform outside labor for school grounds upkeep.
    • Maintain standing/walking for shifts as needed.
    • Assist with physical lifting when required.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Regular and reliable attendance.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Relevant extensive experience in facilities maintenance.
    • Problem-solving skills.

    Classification: Non-exempt

    Work Hours: Forty hours per week, including evening and/or weekend hours.

    Travel: None

    Working Environment: Interior/Office, some outdoors
