    Overview Aegis Aerospace is currently looking for a EHP Coordinator and Human Systems Integrator Assistant to join our team in Houston, TX

    Overview:
    NASA's Extravehicular Activity and Human Surface Mobility Program (EHP), is comprised of multiple projects that are focused on the development of Extravehicular Activity (EVA) suits that will be worn by NASA astronauts during Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and Exploration space missions and the development of Pressurized Rover and Lunar Terrain Vehicles (LTVs) for the crew to use on the lunar surface
    The purpose/function of position is two-fold
    The first focus will be of EHP Coordinator who is to perform coordination tasks across all EHP projects
    This person will be working with the EHP Team Lead and EHP Provider Leads to help manage data rights access lists, subject matter expert lists, schedules, document change requests (CRs), etc
    Primary responsibilities will include work unique to EHP but will be mostly administrative in nature
    In addition to the EHP Coordinator function, this individual will also serve as a Human Systems Integrator Assistant
    The Human Systems Integrator Assistant will be part of a team of integrators and subject matter experts (SMEs) who work together to ensure NASA human spaceflight programs adequately incorporate and implement NASA HMTA standards from NASA-STD-3001 into vehicle design
    In conjunction with the Discipline Integrators and Provider Leads, the Human Systems Integrator Assistant will obtain and maintain technical knowledge across human health and performance requirements and engage SMEs for the details
    For this specific role, the Human Systems Integrator Assistant will be expected to perform these functions for the design of extravehicular activity suits and lunar rovers as assigned by the EHP Team Lead and in conjunction with other Integrators on the EHP Team
    As assigned, the Human Systems Integrator Assistant will monitor how well HMTA requirements are met, ensure that issues of unmet or under met requirements are documented, communicate the status of these issues to the Chief Health and Performance Officers (CHPOs), and prepare materials for communicating awareness or escalating issues as needed
    This position will interface with HMTA and JSC HHP Division personnel, and Program and Project personnel
    Human Systems Integration strategies are implemented to inform the HMTA and efficiently support Human Spaceflight Programs
    Lessons learned while providing support to Human Spaceflight Programs are leveraged to improve HMTA standards and strategic processes

    • Coordinate with HMTA, HHP Management, HHP technical SMEs, and Extravehicular Activity and Human Surface Mobility Program (EHP) Program and Project personnel.
    • Coordinate, set up and assist in running meetings with mixed in-person and virtual attendance.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop, distribute and update meeting notices.
    • Establish and maintain general knowledge of HMTA Standards and their implementation in extravehicular activity suit and lunar rover designs.
    • As directed by the EHP Team Lead, participate in designated meetings as the HMTA/HHP representative

    This includes proactively screening agendas to engage appropriate HHP representatives and/or SMEs as needed, taking notes during meetings, and communicating relevant information to the HMTA/HHP team.


    • In close coordination with teammates, provide insight to Program and Project compliance with HMTA mandatory standards as well as inform HMTA decisions
    Identify issues and elevate as necessary.

    • Coordinate and participate in Program and Project document and design reviews, develop corresponding summary assessments, and follow up on resulting actions.
    • Update and maintain team electronic tools that include Sharepoint, Calendars and portals
    • Assist in Powerpoint chart package development and document editing
    • Participate in team meetings, status work progress and provide inputs for team success
    • Assist with tracking of team deliverable performance
    • Assist with scheduling/tracking of office functions
    • Recommend needed changes to enhance administrative services and initiates actions, approved by management, designed to improve administrative operations or resources
    • Type reports, memos, and correspondence, and assist with the preparation of forms and other documentation, and maintain these records and HHPC and NASA records, as required
    • Coordinate communication by taking messages and distributing important information via email and hardcopy as necessary
    • Assist with configuration control and management of documentation, as needed.
    • Help manage data rights access lists and subject matter expert lists
    • Identify, communicate, and help resolve technical issues related to HHP that impact the extravehicular activity suits, lunar rovers, or their interfaces.
    • Completes other duties as assigned by management
    • Responsible for compliance with Safety, Health and Environmental plan and with the Quality Assurance Plan, policies and procedures
    • Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance level as determined by the Company
    • Responsible for completing all assigned training requirements
    • Other duties as assigned by EHP Team Lead Qualifications REQUIRED: • A bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline or equivalent discipline experience
    • Experience working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and multi-tasking assignments
    • Well-developed skills in both written and verbal communication
    • Experience in taking minutes and assisting in development of presentations for other people
    • Ability to set up teleconferences and video conferences
    • Self-motivated and proactive ability to learn on the job
    • Ability to work within a team environment
    • Ability to work and communicate with multiple people for various purposes in parallel
    • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint) DESIRED: • Experience with NASA and/or NASA procedures and processes
