- Accountable for sales and gross profit plans in the division.
- Monitor and evaluate Sales Associate performance.
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Prepares action plans for individuals and teams to execute on sales leads and prospects.
- Leads development of action planning to penetrate new markets.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Conduct sales update meetings on a regular basis.
- Assure execution of department goals and maintain accountability.
- Provide solid Customer Relationship Management.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Assist Sales Associates in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Work to support sales KPI's while growing the business.
