    Description

This legendary quick service American food brand with over 5,000 locations is currently seeking a Bench District Manager candidate in the Seattle, WA area.

    Bench DMs come on board at the same salary as DMs. Timeline for promotion is dependent on when a spot opens, typically no longer than 12 weeks. Ability to relocate in the pacific northwest is a plus but not required.


    QUALIFICATIONS
    Minimum of 1 year multi-unit experience in a regional or national Quick Service concept required
    Hands-on coaches who are not afraid to get in the trenches
    Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
    Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
    Able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
    Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success
    SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS

    $85,000-$88,000, plus bonus
