Our client company, a family-owned business, boasts a strong family culture and a deep project pipeline. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join their team.

    Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
    • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle
    • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify any issues or risks, and implement necessary solutions
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders

    Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager Essential Job Functions:

    • Possess strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage the project team
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise
    • Strong problemsolving abilities to identify and address project challenges in a timely manner
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

    Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager Skills Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
    • 10+ years of experience in project management within the heavy civil construction industry
    • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
    • Proficient in project management software and tools
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

    Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager Benefits:
