- Review and revise curriculum with Allied Health faculty including comprehensive systematic program assessment and review
- Assist in the coordination of clinical experiences, preparation of faculty/staff schedules, and compliance with regulatory requirements of external agencies
- Prepare reports for state and federal agencies as necessary
- Make budget recommendations and oversee monetary expenditures
- Manage day-to-day operations and participate in professional meetings and events
- Provide positive leadership and direction to faculty across all Allied Health programs
- Assist in the recruitment/hiring process and recommend faculty/staff
- Conduct orientation of new faculty/staff
- Provide input for faculty evaluations
- Provide assistance for the implementation and delivery of Allied Health programs through distance education
- Conduct monthly departmental meetings
- Develop assessment plans to evaluate program outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to support students in successful completion of the programs

- Work on standing and ad hoc committees of the College, as assigned.
- Support College activities and special events through attendance and/or participation.
- Comply with all College policies, rules and regulations.
