    Job Description

    You will be part of a data and reporting center of excellence building and maintaining data visualizations, data connectors, data marts to deliver tactical high value outcomes for our colleagues and customers.

    Working collaboratively with internal teams you will at the forefront of activating our Enterprise Data enabling our digital transformation.

    With a diverse set of needs across multiple regions and locations this is a chance to apply your expertise in understanding business challenges to define and deliver reporting and dashboard solutions that will turbo charge Informa's digital growth ambitions, while creating a career pathway that will be rewarding and fulfilling.

    Role Accountability and Duties
    • Create reports and dashboards that are automated and intuitive
    • Work in partnership with business engagement leads as part of project squads; building tactical solutions for future industrialization.
    • Be part of an agile team that is continuously learning and improving.
    • Able to design, read and understand data model diagrams
    • Develop and maintain data feeds designed from source APIs
    • Ability to design and maintain data architecture to meet the business needs
    • Able to document solutions being proposed as well as devise QA testing plans
    • Working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
    • Assist with data analysis and reporting needs as required
    Qualifications

    Education, Experience & Skills/Abilities

    Required:
    • Working knowledge of database design, development, and maintenance
    • Possess 3-5 years' experience working primarily in an environment related to data warehouse reporting
    • Experience working within a cloud development environment (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, etc.)
    • Strong working knowledge of: Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, and best practices in data visualization
    • Ability to define both technical and customer requirements necessary to bring an analytic from the conceptual to product delivery
    • Working knowledge of the healthcare provider and payer markets
    • Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations
    • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Working knowledge of various Extract, Transform and Load tools
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively in a team environment
    • Excellent written, speaking and listening skills, requiring the perception of speech.
    Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree in a technology or engineering field, or equivalent combination of experience
