    What You'll Do

    Summary/Objective:

    This role will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing technology and enablement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency. You will serve as a point person for special projects and compliance audits, fostering collaboration across the Experience Team's Centers of Excellence (COEs) and maintaining marketing & communication standards. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and skilled project manager with a deep understanding of marketing technology and operations and an ability to drive continuous improvement.

    Essential Functions:

    • Serve as the point person for special projects and compliance audits, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to regulations.
    • Connect and coordinate work across COEs, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs)
    • Implement and manage quality control procedures for all projects, ensuring alignment with agile principles.
    • Oversee project capacity and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, effectiveness, and resource allocation.
    • Utilize knowledge of project management principles and best practices to recommend process improvements and innovative solutions for experience project management activities.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including the experience team leadership, CoEs, technology vendors, and third-party partners.
    • Document project plans, processes, and procedures.
    • Organize and manage budgeting tasks for the experience department, ensuring responsible resource allocation.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technology trends and best practices.
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).
    • Play an active role in onboarding and training new team members
    • May participate in the development and implementation of marketing technology solutions.
    What You'll Need
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing technology or project management.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Experience managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Working knowledge of relevant marketing technology platforms and tools.
    • Experience working in a financial services environment (preferred).
    • Experience with financial services regulations a plus.
    • Certified Project Manager (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred).
    • Proven experience in marketing technology and marketing project management.
    • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
