    Your pay: $26 - $32 per hour to start, depending on experience. Profit sharing program for all employees. Continued growth depends on you. Annual pay review.

    Other perks: Company vehicle, gas card, and phone.

    Your main Tasks:

    • Be safe Safety is our #1 priority.
    • Maintain & troubleshoot Commercial HVAC equipment.
    • Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX Systems, etc.
    • Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments.
    • Remain customer service focused.

    Experience or Certification needed:

    • 5+ years of HVAC Service Experience.
    • EPA universal certification preferred.
    • OSHA 10 preferred.
    • Must reside in the Knoxville, TN area.

    You need to be able to:

    · Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.

    · Be punctual and reliable.

    · Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary.

    · On call availability.

    · Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.

    · Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.

    · Work efficiently in confined spaces.

    · Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
