    Position Overview

    TCC is looking to expand its Technology team; we are looking for a Senior Workday Reporting Analyst to join the team in our Irving office. You will be a part of the vital and core team at TCC that works daily to support our executive team, senior operations/field leaders, and manage reporting and dashboard management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating insightful reports and dashboards within the Workday platform, aiding in strategic decision-making across the organization.

    How You will make an Impact

    • Develop and manage FINs reports and dashboards in Workday to support various organizational needs.
    • Work closely with Operations, Accounting, and other departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate and timely data.
    • Manage Inbound and Outbound Integrations
    • Maintain and ensure the quality and integrity of data within Workday.
    • Provide training and support to users on navigating and understanding Workday reports.
    • Lead projects related to enhancements and upgrades of the Workday reporting system.
    • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders on integrating Workday with other business systems.
    • Influence key stakeholders to improve planning efficiency and accuracy.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Workday reporting, with proficiency creating and managing reports and dashboards in Workday.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in report development.
    • Ability to create custom reports, including Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports with various data sources in Workday.
    • Ability to navigate Workday Business Objects and create calculated fields as needed.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficient in excel.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills working with multiple levels of management.
    • Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles including financial statements.
    • Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a sharp focus on quality. Must be able to work with large data sets.
    • Ability to multitask and a strong work ethic based on a desire to exceed expectations.
    • A zeal to learn and a 'Get it Done' attitude.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of Workday PRISM, Workday Accounting Center, and Adaptive Planning.
    • Experience with Workday integrations.
    • Background in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, or Human Resource or at least 1 year of experience in finance, consulting, or analytics, or equivalent education and experience.
    • Technical proficiencies: SQL, Power BI, R, statistics

    Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for at least 2 years. We do accept candidates who are currently on their OPT and have at least 2 years remaining on their current OPT status.

    The position will initially be on-site (TCC Corporate office, Irving, Texas) with the option to move to hybrid after the appropriate ramp-up period.
