    Description

    Job Title: Class A CDL Delivery Driver

    Estimated Salary: $90,000 per year average

    Overview:

    We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class A CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. As a vital part of the food supply chain, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of food products to various customers.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Safety First: Inspect vehicles daily to ensure they meet Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety standards.
    • Communication is Key: Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers to resolve any issues or answer questions in a timely manner.
    • Team Player: Function as a team member within the department and organization, performing any duty assigned to best serve the company.
    • Delivery and Unloading: Drive to and deliver customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedules, unloading products from trailers and transporting items into designated customer storage areas.
    • Damage Control: Perform damage control checks on items, scan, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.

    Qualifications:

    • 12+ months commercial driving experience
    • Valid CDL A
    • High school diploma/GED or state-approved equivalent
    • Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
    • Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
    • Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
