    Job Description: Coordinate Quality efforts in all areas of the company to ensure the Quality Policy requirements are being observed and practiced.

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Implement and maintain the Fabrication Quality system per the necessary requirements.

    2. Manage the daily functions of the Quality Department.

    3. Assist all departments in resolving Quality Issues.

    4. Conduct audits of the Quality System.

    5. Authorize and control customer returned product.

    6. Administer Quality documents changes.

    7. Coordinate/administer product liability and warranty issues.

    8. Interface with customers on Quality related issues.

    9. Evaluate areas to address for continuous Quality improvements.

    10. Make Plant Manager aware of safety issues and concerns.

    11. Perform general housekeeping duties as directed.

    12. Perform duties as directed by Plant Manager.

    Job Comprehension Requirements:

    · Must be able to Read, write and comprehend job duties

    · Must be able to perform your job duties while being safety oriented

    · Communicate well to Plant Manager, quality, supervisors, and Employees

    · Must be able to follow all safety policies and procedures and carry out the process with all employee's

    · Must work side by side with Employees daily if needed

    · Must be able to make sure ISO is being conducted by all on a daily basis

    · Be able to communicate well with Customers, Supervisors, and Plant Manager as needed

    · Must be able to be professional

    · Must be a team player

    · Must be able to hold meetings as necessary

    · Must be able to calibrate tools and do audits as needed

    · Must be able to follow company policies and procedures on the daily

    · Good Housekeeping

    · Must have knowledge of ISO
