Job description
We're looking for a skilled technician who understands product labels, application techniques, and integrated pest management strategies. You'll diagnose pest issues accurately, implement effective treatment plans, and proactively prevent future infestations. Your expertise will allow you to recommend tailored solutions that truly meet each client's needs.
Beyond service, you'll act as a trusted advisor — identifying additional treatment opportunities, educating clients, and contributing to account growth through strong relationships and solution-based recommendations.

Wage Range: $20.00-$23.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position.

Must Haves:
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving
- At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
