- Manage the procurement process for both indirect (internal GDIT customers) and direct (government customers) procurements.
- Sourcing execution in compliance with the various regulatory requirements imposed upon GDIT Supply Chain by its customers, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and leverage the market strength of GDIT, recognize market conditions, and strive to maximize value obtained from each procurement action.
- Management of RFQ/RFP's from drafting, bidder communication, negotiation, and execution
- Bachelor's Degree or additional 4 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years in government contracts and/or strategic procurement
- 2+ years' experience managing and executing services agreements
- Location: Hybrid
- Experience in written/oral communications at all levels of the company.
- Ability to research, analyze, compile, and assess business and financial data.
- Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented individual who works quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects related to the purchasing process.
