    Job Size

    You will lead a team of 2 Product Owners initially and work closely with SRE Engineering Managers, Product Engineering Managers, and other PO Managers.

    You will also own the relationship with vendors and consultants for discreet build efforts.

    Job Functions

    You're responsible for managing a team of Product Owners who determine what our Site Reliability Engineers are going to build or enhance.

    You will own the integration of a product approach into our Site Reliability practices.

    You're responsible for creating and implementing the 12-month strategy we'll use to ensure we're bringing value to the broader business.

    As a Sr. Manager you're responsible for integrating SRE into the practices of the other Product teams, like Website and Mobile App.

    Knowledge and Skill

    Minimum 5 years of IT experience (or a B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related technical degree)

    Experience managing a team

    Experience owning cloud infrastructure, monitoring, Site Reliability or Sysadmin initiatives

    Proactive attitude to solve problems and resolve conflicts

    Thorough understanding of Agile ceremonies and why they are important

    Experience reading and creating system diagrams and technical documents
