Engineering Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid)
Contract Duration 12+ months


Job Description:

Our client is looking for a skilled Engineering Sourcing Specialist to work with the Talent Acquisition team and understand the recruitment needs of the company.

You will be responsible for working with a Senior Recruiter with a focus on Sourcing for a variety of roles.

Your job will be to develop a sourcing strategy and help to hire top talent that will support company growth.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and incorporate an effective sourcing strategy
Produce and update job specifications and descriptions
Arrange sourcing materials
Post job ads on the company's website and relevant job boards
Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications
Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience
Follow up with successful candidates and update the company's internal records
Be a point of contact between the candidate and the company during the selection process

Job Requirements
Must be able to handle a req load of 15-25 openings
The automotive industry experience is a big plus
Experience with Sourcing for Engineering roles
4+ years of previous sourcing in recruitment (combination of agency and in-house preferred)
Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Proven track record of driving process improvements and an unmatched desire to provide excellent service to our candidates, hiring teams, and recruiting partners
Is solution-oriented, result-driven, proactive, and flexible
Has a strong work ethic; self-directed, resourceful, work independently, motivated by own drive and passion, capable of working independently as well as working in a team
Demonstrates personal accountability and integrity

Notes:
Comfortable with the split desk model with a focus on sourcing and working with Sr. Recruiters on roles
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
Hybrid -3 days on site

Focus of role:
Corporate Sourcing for FTE roles with a focus on Engineering related to the Automotive Industry.

Must be able to work 3 days/week onsite in Bloomfield Hills, MI (T, W, TH)
