    PAYROLL MANAGER
    Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

    OVERVIEW OF THE PAYROLL MANAGER ROLE:

    • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, including data entry, verification, and distribution of paychecks.
    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to payroll and taxation.
    • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather and verify employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.
    • Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant departments.
    • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
    • Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
    • Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PAYROLL MANAGER:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or in a similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
