    We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Leader with expertise in cloud technologies to join our team at Ernst and Young. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for driving the development of advanced data science solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

    With a strong background in machine learning and experience working with diverse teams, you will design and build scalable solutions that unify, enrich, and derive insights from varied data sources across a broad technology landscape. Your expertise in cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure will enable you to deploy end-to-end ML workflows efficiently.

    You will work closely with clients to understand their complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Your passion for continuous learning and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development of advanced data science solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and cloud technologies
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data pipelines and architectures
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and cloud computing

    Your technical expertise should include:

    • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with popular ML packages such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and ONNX
    • Experience with containerization and scaling models using DevOps tools like GIT, Azure DevOps, and Jira
    • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure and experience deploying end-to-end ML workflows
    • Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software engineering best practices
    • A solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML) workflows including ingesting, analyzing, transforming data, and evaluating results to make meaningful predictions

    We offer a comprehensive compensation package with a salary range of $124,300 to $227,900 based on your performance and experience. Our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
