    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our team in San Diego, CA. If you're passionate about patient care and ready to make a real impact, this full-time contract position could be your next career move.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Schedule Radiology appointments for patients, ensuring accuracy in demographic and insurance data entry.
    • Provide appointment details and general information to patients, following departmental guidelines.
    • Answer incoming calls in a courteous and respectful manner, providing a warm welcome and professional assistance.
    • Maintaining Clinic Schedules ensuring top patient care.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 2 years of medical scheduling and experience with insurance verification.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology.
    • Working knowledge of computer programs.
    • Understand/Perform training on practice management software.
    • High School diploma or GED.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong phone etiquette.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • Epic Software knowledge preferred.

    Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.50 per hour
