Job Overview
We're seeking an Associate for our client's EDI Operations team to handle tasks related to written requests, call support, and EDI services.
You will play an essential role in managing logs, ensuring timely delivery of services, and supporting team members in various functions.
Responsibilities30% - Provides telephone support via our info call tracking system and manages customer service logs.
20% - Ensures timely and accurate completion of requests regarding EDI products and services. Utilizes a relational database for tracking.
20% - Assists in the set-up of electronic transactions, software, electronic remittances, and submitter testing certification.
15% - Manages written and electronic requests related to EDI.
10% - Prepares material for monthly audits and assists in the audit process.
5% - Processes requests and responses from other areas.
Required Skills and Abilities
Good organizational and judgment skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail in spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
Basic math and computer skills.
Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Education and Work Experience
Required:
Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Degree Equivalency: 2 years of technical operations support or related experience.
Preferred Work Experience: 1 year of exposure to EDI concepts.
