- Position: Dietary Aide
- Schedule: Monday to Friday with every other weekend required
- Follows local, state, and federal food handling policies
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Prepares special dietary meals as needed
- Adheres to menu guidelines and cooks using approved recipes
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in dining hospitality or senior living is a plus
- Knowledge of infection control procedures
- Ability to multitask and manage stress effectively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Understanding and appreciation of assisted living values
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
