    Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction

    Qualifications:

    - 5+ year's experience as a project manager in heavy civil construction

    Skills:
    - Proven track record of managing complex engineering and construction projects within budgetary constraints
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating cross-functionally

    - Strong problem-solving capabilities

    Responsibilities:
    - Oversee multiple teams simultaneously

    - Monitor progress against established timelines using appropriate tools
    - Identify potential problems and take corrective action or escalate if necessary

    Salary: $160,000-$180,000
