- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and find the best vehicle to meet those needs
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, benefits and pricing to customers
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers after the sale for customer satisfaction and referral business
- Continuously update product knowledge to accurately represent the brand and meet or exceed sales goals
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales progress
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in time management and prioritization
- Techsavvy with the ability to learn and utilize CRM tools
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
