The Sales Consultant at Pritchard Nissan is responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers in Mason City and surrounding areas.

This individual will work full time in a commission-based role, using their exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of our products to provide an exceptional car-buying experience.

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and find the best vehicle to meet those needs
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, benefits and pricing to customers
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers after the sale for customer satisfaction and referral business
• Continuously update product knowledge to accurately represent the brand and meet or exceed sales goals
• Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales progress

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in time management and prioritization
• Techsavvy with the ability to learn and utilize CRM tools
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
