Role Summary:
A Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of CBI interiors projects. This person will exercise the
highest levels of communication and project organization. A PM is responsible for managing project logistics and installation
through punch completion. These responsibilities start early on in the project design phase with the Workplace Consultant and
Designer. The PM works directly with the client, CBI Workplace Consultants and coalition partners on the day-to-day activities
through the installation process to ensure smooth communication, on-time delivery, project success and client satisfaction.
The CBI PM role provides opportunity for substantial advancement as a subject matter expert. Obtaining senior levels is based on
project scope and complexity, level and nature of client interaction, experience, technical expertise, consistent excellence in
delivery, teaming and overall contribution to the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects and clients at a time.
- Superior organization, development and management
milestones and deliverables.
- Proficiency in the tools required to perform the role,
Power Point, Microsoft Project and others.
- Consistent and professional communication across all
- Full knowledge of the technical and design details of
- Ability to creatively investigate and problem solve.
- Marking and verifying on site electrical locations,
- Spec checks with the Designer.
- Check acknowledgements.
- Track orders.
- Manage labor RFP's and sub labor selection with
- Oversee progressive punch through timely completion.
- Review and communicate project status on a regular
- Work smoothly in a team-oriented environment.
- Understand vendor contracts, discounts, margins and
- Coordinate all aspects of delivery scheduling and
measurement verification, schedules, shipments, pre
and post walk-throughs, etc.
- Will be required to attend OAC meetings throughout
- Manage a relationship with the client along with WPC
- Manage backlog for multiple projects.
