    Our client, a women's health nonprofit, is seeking a Part-Time Program Associate to support their team. The ideal candidate will have strong admin experience, with great attention to detail, and a passion for the nonprofit space. Please note this is a 3 month contract working 20 hours per week.

    Office location: Lower Manhattan. Hybrid 3x/in office.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    · Provide logistical support to the VP with travel logistics, calendar support, meeting logistics and prep, expense support, and other administrative support as requested;

    · Maintain team document libraries, including updating institutional memoranda, mailing lists, and documents;

    · Coordinate weekly team meetings and take notes as needed;

    · Manage (track, process, coordinate) the teams' budgets, expenses/reimbursements, and other financial needs and support the management of contracts and partnership agreements and payments.

    · Assist with organization, logistics and coordination of program-related events;

    · Prepare materials for meetings/events/travel, including PowerPoints and background information;

    · Support publication processes and event planning

    · Assist with editing, proof-reading, fact-checking, and cite-checking papers, reports, legal submissions, factsheets, and other publications, as needed;

    Compensation: $18/hr - 20/hr.
