    In this role, you ll work in Fidelity Brokerage Technology to support the systems analysis for onboarding producers / consumers to Trade, Tax and Asset Servicing applications. You ll make a large impact on the organization by focusing on adoption of the modernized applications.\u00A0

    The Senior System Analyst will act as the primary interface between our domain and internal Fidelity consumer groups to onboard our applications. The analyst is accountable for aligning with the domain squad enablement and the Fidelity producer / consumer group roadmaps. You will partner with our producers / consumers to develop an implementation plan and then operationalize that strategy to onboard the application. Your focus will be to understand the TTAS applications that will be enabled and the producer / consumer integration points.\u00A0

    The system analyst will need to collaborate extensively with the squads within the domain as well as across the enterprise partnering with our business and technology partners. You will be a key member of an agile adoption team and will be actively involved in all aspects of onboarding producers / consumers. The individual will need to gain a deep understanding of the existing TTAS applications and core brokerage offering.\u00A0

    • Collaborate and align roadmaps with consumers to offer modernize solutions.\u00A0
    • Understand and analyze key integration points with consumer applications.\u00A0
    • Develop a joint comprehensive implementation plan including timelines, use case, business value, registration procedure, SLA, resiliency expectation and production support.\u00A0
    • Develop subject matter expertise for Trade, Tax and Asset Servicing applications and knowledge of consumer / core brokerage applications.\u00A0
    • Participate effectively in meetings in a wide variety of roles ranging from facilitator, requestor to solutions coordinator, or consultant\u00A0

    The Expertise and Skills You Bring\u00A0

    • A minimum of 5 years systems analysis or software development experience.\u00A0
    • Brokerage or Financial Services experience preferred.\u00A0
    • Related work experience, undergraduate and/or graduate degree(s). A Bachelor s degree is required.\u00A0
    • Strong business and systems analysis skills with demonstrable ability to take the lead and break down a complicated problem and offer solutions.\u00A0
    • Navigate the organization to address impediments.\u00A0
    • Sense of urgency and ability to resolve and/or manage around inevitable technical hurdles.\u00A0
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills while working with the team in daily operations including resolution of data quality issues, analysis of functionality, and business queries.\u00A0
    • Experience in writing SQL, preferably worked with DB2, Oracle and/or Postgres.\u00A0
    • Extensive experience with APIs (including onboarding clients), AWS (Cloud), system design, data structures, and algorithms.\u00A0
    • Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.\u00A0
    • Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience is expected.\u00A0
    • Ability to work in a highly-matrixed environment, involving multiple partners, technical groups, COEs, squads, product areas and domains\u00A0
    • Can successfully multi-task across a variety of tasks and responsibilities.\u00A0
    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills including negotiation, communication, and influence.\u00A0
    • Hold business partners accountable for delivery dates and document completion dates.\u00A0
    • Creating project plans to monitor progress, including communicating deliverables and timelines.\u00A0
    • Highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.\u00A0\u00A0
    The base salary range for this position is $76,000-$144,000 per year. \u00A0

    Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate s relevant experience, and other factors.

    Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. \u00A0\u00A0
