- Design strategies, apply innovation, develop methodologies, and present solutions to technology problems.
- Plan, lead, and serve as a technical expert on AI for major technology programs and across diverse technical areas.
- Make recommendations that impact short- and long-term technology project growth and success.
- Perform technology assessments, develop product roadmaps, develop system design documents and diagrams, define requirements, and identify system impacts associated with requirements changes.
- Serve as technical leader, advisor, and SME to senior government leaders in the Army on AI.
- Partner with, and deliver alongside, stakeholders, such as data systems owners, business process owners, and technical and functional SMEs across Government organizations.
- Navigate complex Department of Defense budget and mission environments to support enterprise level AI strategies and initiatives.
- Identify migration strategies to transition from legacy systems and technologies to modernized solutions
- BS/BA Degree
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required
- Familiarity with Defense Acquisition policies (DoD 5000.2/74/75/87 series)
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical information in a concise manner to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to cooperatively build support for change across a large organization.
- Master's degree
- Top Secret clearance, preferred
- Understanding ofArmy budget and POM processes (PPBE) desired
