About the Role
We are excited to open a new Jimmy John's location and are looking for strong, motivated Shift Managers to help build our team from the ground up As a Shift Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive, high-energy work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage shifts to ensure efficient, smooth operations
- Provide direction, support, and coaching to team members
- Maintain Jimmy John's standards for speed, service, and quality
- Help drive sales and contribute to the growth of the business
- Train and develop team members to build a strong, reliable staff
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily operational tasks
