    JOB SUMMARY:


    Responsible for financial and costing analysis, planning activities and month-end report preparation. Leads projects related to financial and cost analysis supporting Finance and other business units within the organization.


    ESSENTIAL

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Support the Senior Business Analyst and colleagues in tasks and projects related to
    financial analysis
    , cost analysis, pricing, cost modelling and performance management activities.

    Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports and analyses variances to budget and prior year. Review financial reports with Senior Business Analyst.


    Participate in the budgeting process and work with the Senior Business Analyst in formulating, monitoring and presenting budgets for Tetakawi and its affiliated companies.

    Apply accounting principles, perform month-end close and provide timely customer service to both internal and external clients.

    Create and improve reports that help analyze and monitor variances, and identify trends of the company financial information.

    Review, investigate and ensure correction of errors and inconsistencies in financial information.

    Prepare the annual client profitability analysis.

    Assist with service cost modeling, pricing and analysis.

    Prepare quarterly reports to be distributed to bank and governmental institutions.

    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related objectives as needed.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (
    Education

    , experience, certification):

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related area

    Minimum 4 years of combined experience in accounting, reporting, financial, and cost analysis

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    This job operates in a professional office environment with moderate noise level. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. Periodic international travel required.
